Girl Skateboard Art Director, Andy Jenkins, Lakai Footwear creator Andy Mueller, and skate-inspired artist Andrew Pommier have created a fascinating collection in their new showcase premiering at Lab 101 Gallery in Culver City, CA called “stAAAmmering.” Each artist has distinct characteristics such as graphite and acrylic on wood, India ink on wood, water colors, and mixed media collages which when put altogether in this particular showcase, brings out an interesting crossover of human nature with nature and animals and bits and pieces of stories within various textures and patterns. In addition to the artwork is a Gumball machine with hand-rendered ping pong balls by each of the artists.

The show illustrates another example of the strong roots of art and the creative people who make-up a large segment of skateboarding culture in general.
