Bread and Butter’s upcoming trade show theme.

Like a trade show in a trade show, Bread and Butter has announced they are bringing on Danish-based Bestseller Group to the show in Berlin July 2-4, 2013. Bestseller is one of Europe’s largest apparel companies including 3,000 mulitbrand stores featuring bestsellers such as J. LINDEBERG, JACK & JONES, JUNAROSE, MAMALICIOUS, NAME IT, ONLY, OBJECT, OUTFITTERS NATION, PIECES, SELECTED, VERO MODA and VILA.

Bestsellers will take over a 6,000 square meter of Hangar 1 in the former airport Berlin-Tempelhof where the show is located, creating yet another unique aspect of the show. In the past, Bestseller only showcased a few of their brands at Bread & Butter, but exhibited many more at their own trade show called „The Place to Be“ which took place in Berlin at the same time.

“With the BESTSELLER group, we extend our brand portfolio with a versatile and important business partner for the international retailer,” stated Karl-Heinz Müller, Managing Director Bread & Butter. “The brands of the Danish company are progressive, contemporary and very successful. BESTSELLER at the BREAD & BUTTER is a perfect match and we are looking forward to a collaboration that is successful for all sides.”

Anders Holch Povlsen, owner BESTSELLER Group continued: “BREAD & BUTTER is one of the few fashion gatherings around the world that has stayed ahead and remains at the forefront of the branded fashion market. We look forward to be contributing as well as bringing a fresh approach. Most of all, we are excited about being with all our customers and show them the latest from our brands.”

Rocawear re-aligns for Europe and goes with House of Fraser.

Rocawear X Europe will be sold through House of Fraser

Rocawear, launched  by music media kingpin Jay-Z, now owned by the Iconix group, continues its trek to conquer Europe, realizing that the marketplace is far different than the United States, where bigger styles and camo rule. Instead, Rocawear is highlighting floral patterns, urban camo jackets, and Native American inspired prints in slimmer styles that match trends in European streetwear.

In addition, Rocawear Europe will be sold online by House of Fraser, starting with their Fall 13 collection in June, 2013.
