Designer headphones are among a growing subculture in youth culture in terms of choosing key accessories, not only for functionality for listening to music, but as personal statements of individual style. The category has become so important to connecting with youth culture, that key streetwear brands, including denim, and various trade shows often offer designer headphones as an extension of their brand and connection with music and youth culture lifestyles.
