On December 26, lucky Target shoppers could check-out Shaun White’s latest collab with the big-box retailer, his home collection, featuring bedding, lamps, curtains, storage shelves, a skate rack, and other dorm-room friendly collectibles like a piggy bank.

This collaboration, designed with his brother Jesse, runs until June 2012 in stores and online with prices ranging from $9.99 to $89.99.

Shaun White has been sponsored by Target since 2002 and has done apparel for the store starting several years ago. We’ll see how his latest foray into homeware does next as the skate and snowboarding icon taps into his inner Martha Stewart.

Quiksilver announced that Randy Hild, Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Quiksilver, is moving into a part-time role and starting his own creative agency. Hild is probably best known for heading up marketing at Roxy for years and his movie Roxy around the brand.
His new role at Quiksilver, according to the brand, is to consult the company on various strategic partnerships. No news on what his new creative agency will be called.
